JT’s RV Accessories

Dear Mr. Thorpe:

Hello. I just wanted to thank you again for the “JT’s RV Strong-arm Jack Stabilizers” you installed on our trailer. Last summer, shortly after we acquired our Outback 25RSS trailer, you installed the jack stabilizers for us. We’ve found them to be easy to use—I’ve trained my 8 & 11 year old sons to set them up—and extremely effective. Recently, we had cause to be really thankful for them.

The week of December 26-31 2005, we were camping in Morro Bay (CA). On Friday night, December 30, a HUGE storm came through, dumping several inches of rain with wind gusting up to 60 miles per hour! I could hear the trailers around us—particularly a 35 footer right next us—creaking and swaying all night, sounding like they might come toppling over at any moment. Our trailer—25' with rear & side slide outs—remained as solid as a rock. It was truly amazing! The 2 sons who were with me (we have 3) slept through the night like babies.

As far as I’m concerned your jack stabilizers should be standard equipment on all new trailers. They provide a more comfortable environment (keeping the trailer from shaking & booming whenever someone’s walking), but as we found during that storm it’s the SAFETY & SECURITY we felt that was the most important thing.

Please feel free to share our story with anyone who’s considering purchasing a set of your “Strong-arm Jack Stabilizers”. And thanks again!
